After the general reconstruction Parkhotel Centrum has a capacity of 64 beds in:

- apartments de Lux
The hotel provides comfortable accommodation exceeding the standard of a 3 star hotel. Bathroom, WC, hair drier, satellite TV, minibar, telephone and internet are part of the rooms.
Apartment de Lux has its own furnished kitchen and a safe for valuables. Spacious living room and hall of the apartment can be used for business negotiations.
On the ground floor, there is an apartment that can be used by disabled persons.
